AGE POLICY

We provide public tours that are exclusively for people who are 21 and over, but we allow children who are 5 years and older to ride on any private, full-boat bookings!

Our pedal stations are configured by the manufacturer for riders of approximately four feet, 10 inches in height or greater. Those much shorter than this height will most likely use our front bench seat.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 25. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please feel free to give us a call at (305) 224-8047.

Cancellation policy

Full boat - Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the tour for a refund. Cancellations made more than seven days prior to your tour, but less than 30 days in advance, will receive a voucher for a future tour. Any cancellations made within seven days of your tour, or no-shows, will NOT be entitled to a voucher or refund. (NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY)

Individual Tickets - Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the tour for a refund. Cancellations made more than two days (48 hours) prior to the tour, but less than seven days in advance, will receive a voucher for a future tour. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your tour, or no-shows, will NOT be entitled to a voucher or refund. (NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY)

Tipping

If you had a great experience, and the crew added to the enjoyment of your cruise, please feel free to show your appreciation with a tip.

Payment Options

Payment via credit card is required at the time of booking. For those booking a full-boat, private charter, we will request a $250 deposit to reserve your date and time. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your cruise.
